This website and its free tools are provided by Arona Events, Kampala, Uganda, for planning and enquiry purposes. You may use them for your own event planning; you may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the content as your own.
Free tools give estimates, not quotes
Outputs from the Budget Estimator, Concept Generator, and similar tools are indicative only, based on the assumptions shown. They are not a quotation or an offer. Your actual proposal is prepared individually and is the only document that prices your event.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract — it starts a conversation. Event services are contracted through a written proposal and agreement that state their own terms, which take precedence over this page for that engagement.
Content and imagery
Text, photography, and branding on this site belong to Arona Events or are used with permission. Client names, images, and testimonials appear only with consent.
