One accountable team, from first enquiry to load-out
Arona Events is a full-service event management company headquartered in Kampala, Uganda. We plan and deliver weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across the country, combining meticulous planning with our own event-technology platform.
Incorporated in 2023, Arona provides full event coordination — décor and décor rentals, PA systems and MCs, crowd-control barriers, tents, tables and chairs, generator hire, photography and videography, ushers, stage and lighting — working directly with each client from the first enquiry through to the day of the event.
We also built our own event technology rather than buying one in: QR invitations, branded check-in and live attendance reporting, developed in-house and extended after every event we run.

Arona exists to remove that risk: one accountable team supplying, styling and running the entire event, with equipment maintained and checked before every job. When one team owns the sound, the power, the styling and the run-of-show, there is nobody left to point at when something slips.
