Your information, handled plainly

What we collect, and when

We only collect personal information you choose to give us:

• Enquiries (Start Your Event, contact form): your name, phone, email, and the event details you share — so we can respond to you.
• Free tools: the tools work without an email. If you ask for a result to be sent to you, we collect the email you provide for that purpose.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you opt in. Marketing opt-in is always a separate, unticked box.
• Event delivery: if you are our client, guest lists and event information you provide for us to deliver your event.

We do not attempt to identify anonymous website visitors. Aggregate usage statistics are kept separate from anything that identifies you.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your proposal.
• To deliver contracted events, including guest check-in where you have asked for it.
• To send you the specific resource you requested from a free tool.
• To send occasional planning tips and news — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe with one tap.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share client or guest data with third parties for their marketing.

Guest data at events

When we run QR check-in for an event, guest lists belong to our client (the event host). We process them only to deliver the event and its attendance reporting, and we do not use guest contact details for our own marketing.

Your choices

• You can ask what information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct it or delete it.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
